Re-launch pre-sales and achieve 2 sales within 60 days with integrated marketing & sales.

Challenges:

  1. Identify and target the buyer market for a boutique dry lot in Bay Harbor.

  2. Without a sales gallery or a site under construction, implement a successful marketing and sales process that relied heavily on digital assets.

  3. Build the reputation for RedHoek+ in the Miami market and create momentum to launch the Bay Harbor project.
