How did Snaplistings start?
In 2018, @snaplistings began using Snapchat and Instagram to connect agents with renters and buyers in real time in New York. By 2019 it had become a purpose-built real estate marketing agency led by Erica Sachse. In 2021 it partnered with New York broker Alyssa Brody to form Development Marketing Team, a marketing and sales brokerage for new developments in New York and Florida.
Who leads Snaplistings?
CEO Erica Sachse leads the company. She was named a 2023 HousingWire Marketing Leader and one of Crain’s 2023 Notable Leaders in Marketing. She works with a team of strategists, designers, creative and account leads, listed below.
