With a light rebrand of Tree Tops apartments, a new website optimized for lead generation, and utilizing our Renter Funnel solution, Snaplistings increased occupancy of Tree Tops from 30% to 85% in 5 months.

Through our lead generation advertising efforts, we successfully elevated the perceived value of Tree Top Apartments, resulting in a remarkable 224% increase in the total value of leases within 6 months.

This was our first project in Framer which really allowed us to push the interactions on our websites. Creating the floor plan picker really helped us tell the story of Tree Top and allow the user to envision what it could possibly be like to move in and furnish the place how they’d like.
