How to attract higher-quality renters, address low occupancy rates, and establish a consistent and appealing brand identity for the property

Challenges:

  1. Tree Top needed to rebrand as a newly renovated community through its value add renovations. The previous owners had created a neighborhood that had a negative reputation for being an undesirable community.

  2. Accelerate leasing through digital ad-targeting and attract high quality renters that elevate the neighborhood and development.

With a light rebrand of Tree Tops apartments, a new website optimized for lead generation, and utilizing our Renter Funnel solution, Snaplistings increased occupancy of Tree Tops from 30% to 85% in 5 months.
