Why was Tree Top stuck at 30% occupancy?
A negative reputation from the previous owners kept renters away, and generic marketing did not reflect the renovation, so occupancy sat at 30% eight months in.
Challenges:
Tree Top needed to rebrand as a newly renovated community through its value add renovations. The previous owners had created a neighborhood that had a negative reputation for being an undesirable community.
Accelerate leasing through digital ad-targeting and attract high quality renters that elevate the neighborhood and development.
