Website design questions
What makes an apartment website convert?
Fewer steps between finding an apartment and booking a tour. For Stonehenge’s New York portfolio we ran a UX audit, reviewed the sitemap, analyzed user flows and interviewed users, then rebuilt the navigation and simplified the apartment search. Scheduling a tour now takes two clicks, a 60% shorter journey. We also connect every form to the leasing team’s CRM so no inquiry is lost.
Why use a lead capture page instead of the property website?
Because it can be built and tested for one job, and every lead it produces can be tracked to its source. At 2 Cooper in NoHo, a dedicated lead capture page fed by organic social and paid ads produced 42% of leases, against 38% from StreetEasy. At The Current in Grand Rapids, a multi-step waitlist form, tested until it converted at 12.5%, built pre-lease demand while the building was under construction.
Can a website sell condos without a sales gallery?
It can carry a large share of the sale. Solina Bay Harbor, nine residences on a lot in Miami’s Bay Harbor with no sales gallery and no building under construction, relied on a digital buyer funnel and sales presentation. Leads received a text reply within 10 minutes, 25% of leads became presentations, and 25% of sales closed with no physical visit. The project sold 50% of its residences in five months.
Do you build reporting dashboards?
Yes. Every client gets a real-time dashboard of leads, tours, applications and leases. We also built our own client health dashboard, which joins QuickBooks financials with ClickUp time tracking and calculates margin and utilization for every client, cutting manual reporting by 90%. The same approach lets us report cost per lead and cost per lease for your campaigns each week.
